Unit 12: Tips [SHIFT] |
|
|
|
You operate the shift key with the small finger.
Therefore, first practice with the small finger from the key a and ö to the
shift key. To type capital letters, depress
the shift key with one hand and strike the desired alphabetic character with
the other hand. If you would like to type a capital g for example, first hold
down the shift key with the left hand, keep it pressed and strike g with the
forefinger of the right hand. After this, both fingers immediately return to
the normal position. Thus: Typing a capital letter happens in three steps: 1. Decide whether to hold down the shift key with the
left or right small finger. 2. Keep
the shift key pressed and type the desired capital letter.
3. Return
all fingers to the normal position. Once again the same rule applies here: Only practice can make you perfect. |
